Have you ever noticed that sometimes in your world you see repeating numbers or hear a name over and over? What does that mean? Well, I believe it means that the Universe, God, or whatever you call your higher power is giving you a sign that you need to pay attention to. You may have sent a question out and forgot about it.
Here is my synchronicity story:
For YEARS I would notice 7:17 on clocks, license plates, and various other places A LOT!!! I wracked my brain trying to figure out why. The only thing I could think of was that it was the birthday (07/17) of an estranged friend. Did she need me? I tried to contact her to no avail. One day earlier this year I was watching a tarot reader on YouTube. In her reading for my astrology sign, she drew an Angel Card as a clarifier for the tarot cards which was numbered 717. She said this means your angels are telling you that you are on the right path. That very morning, I had been struggling to decide what to do about a failing relationship. Some of you may have heard of Angel Numbers. Doreen Virtue, a spiritual teacher and author, has a book called Angel Numbers, I had been wondering FOR YEARS if I should end that relationship, and now I had my answer! And, yes, I had struggled with that for years, not knowing I was getting my answer. This is what I believe anyway. In her book, Practical Intuition, Laura Day says noticing what we notice and figuring out why we notice things is key to developing our intuition to help us navigate our lives. When you are ready, your answers make themselves known.
In the last few months, I have been developing content for a set of 2 workshops on Unleashing Your Creativity that I will be conducting at a local gallery. Now, everywhere I turn, I find podcasts, articles, documentaries, etc., etc., etc. on developing creativity and how important that is in our world today. That's right, creativity is so much more than painting pictures and writing song lyrics. Creative ideas for the economy, feeding the hungry, cultivating peace and so on can turn our whole world around. And I also realized this same content is helping me build my dissertation and the course I will be putting together next year! Yay! I must be heading in a good direction. When everything seems to fall in place you know you're on a good path.
